An easy way to know your own plan is to call the customer care number on the back of your dental insurance card. They will be able to provide you a full break down of your coverage, most of the time by the convenience of an email.
Remember, dental benefits are primarily set up to help prevent dental decay and gum disease. Taking good care of your teeth with routine maintenance will help prevent larger problems and bigger bills.
