Charlotte Dental Practice participates in FREEDOM DAY, providing our Military a day of FREE Dentistry

Charlotte, NC-September 2018

Local dental providers, Dr. Scott Menaker and Dr. Tricia Rodney, and their staff from SmileCharlotte, have partnered with the organizers of Freedom Day USA to provide a lunch reception and free dental cleanings and treatment to local veterans, active military and their families on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.  SmileCharlotte has also partnered with REAch Wounded Veterans Program, who will be providing tool boxes for each veteran being seen; as well as Plate Perfect Catering who are donating all the food for their Freedom Day lunch reception.

“The staff at SmileCharlotte supports our military in a variety of ways, but we especially look forward to Freedom Day each year because it allows us to extend a personal thanks in the form of dental services”, notes Dr. Menaker. “Special thanks goes out to Frank Scibelli and Plate Perfect Catering for donating a beautiful lunch buffet for a truly memorable day”.

Businesses across the United States will join in Freedom Day USA, a national thank you movement for the members of our military, their immediate

families, and veterans.  Each business participant is providing a thank you gift, in the form of free services, goods, discounts, and various other offers.

“Our men and women of our Armed Forces make great personal sacrifices in order to secure and protect our freedoms, “said Robert Martino, founder of the Freedom Day USA event.  “Their families have endured hardships and some have given all they have so that we may live in peace – free to pursue our dreams. Let’s join together to say “Thank You” for their sacrifices and for our freedom, by giving them a Day of Free!”
